Happy New Year!
Hope everyone had a wonderful Christmas. Really Looking forward to a great 2012! We have some amazing weddings coming up, notably a trip to Geneva, Switzerland in March to film a wedding which we are really looking forward to.
Sorry I havnt blogged for a while, I kave loads of new videos to put online but with the run up to Christmas being so busy we didnt get a chance to get them on. Today I have a great wedding to show you, its the wedding of Tansel and Shehla who get married in Warwick Castle and then a weekb later had there wedding evening party at the Jumeirah Hotel in Knightbridge, London. My (female) assistant was particularly excited when she saw that the singer ‘Lemar’ was there as a guest, I managed to sneak in a quick shot of him into the highlights video so see if you can spot him!

We have a wedding video from Wales to show you today. this is the wedding video trailer from Mark + Tanisha’s wedding. We took the long drive down from Leeds to Mumbles (south Wales) unfortunatley the day started off with rain but subsided as the day went on.
The whole day had been meticulously planned and it paid off. There was a lot of travelling on the day with the ceremony at Castell Coch and the reception venue being at Oxwich Bay but it was definately worth it as the wedding wasd amazing.

Today we have the wedding video trailer of Louisa + Stuart Munro. A lovely couple who were very warm and friendly people. We covered the day from Brides Prep through to the first dance. I shot this as a 1 camera man video, with me being the camera man (I film every wedding). We were able to use the car pod and the glide track to get some extra special shots.
The wedding took place at Kelmarsh Hall in Northampton which is a truly stunning wedding venue.

We have a fantastic wedding video to show you today. This is the wedding trailer taken from Alex + Simon’s ‘Alice in Wonderland’ themed wedding which took place on Simon’s farm. They had a luxury Marquee setup in one of their fields, they also created a Maze made from Maise which lead the guests through from the car park to the Marquee.
I loved this wedding! Alex had spent months planning all the details to go with the Alice in Wonderland theme, you could really see how much time and effort had been put into the wedding and despite a tiny bit of rain the day went perfectly.
We also go to shoot along side my good friend and photographer Cris Matthews. Cris is one of the best wedding photographers I know and his work is amazing please check out his website www.crismatthews.com if you are looking for a wedding photographer. It really is a team effort when me and cris work together as we bounce ideas off each other (he’s also very helpful when it comes to helping move the 6ft jib around the venue!)

Have a great wedding video highlights to show you all. Its taken from the wedding video of Mark Benton and Rachel Eyre that we filmed at the end of April (Easter time). We had the privilege of working with UK Top 10 wedding photographer ‘Crash Taylor’, who is actually from the US, he’s made a big name for him self since moving to the UK and rightly so as his work is stunning.
On the day we shot with two camera men, myself and my camera man Alan, who has been working with me for 7 years now. We used all our special equipment for this wedding such as the jib and the glidetrack. All audio was recorded with radio mics and we used the DSLR video cameras.

Today I have a wedding I filmed in Northern (and Southern) Ireland. Its the wedding video of Stephen Simpson and Louise Feeney. I can loosely call it a destination wedding as I had to travel across the water by Ferry to get there!
Really enjoyed filming this wedding, especially as it was my first time in Ireland, it really is a beautiful country. Louise and Stephen are a really lovely couple, they went out of their way to make sure I was looked and I felt really welcomed.
The wedding started off at Louise’s parents house in Northern Ireland, then onto the Catholic wedding ceremony, we then travelled to Southern Ireland for the wedding reception.

Today I have possibly my favourite ever wedding trailers. the pressure was on as Leander is a BAFTA nominated film director so I needed to come up with the goods. I brought along all my gadgets, the 6ft Jib/Crane, the Glidetrack and the Car Pod (where I can attach the camera to my car).
I think I was always destined to film this wedding……
A few years ago I was searching amazon for some cinematic music to edit to and I came across a movie soundtrack to a film called ‘The Crimson Wing’ which is a Disney Documentary about Flamingo’s. The soundtrack was produced by ‘The Cinematic Orchestra’ and is beautiful. I bought the whole album and subsenquently used the tracks on a lot of my wedding videos. Last year I recieved a call from Leander with regards me filming his wedding, he then proceeded to tell me he was a film director and had recently made a documentary for Disney called ‘The Crimson Wing’. to add to the story the Cimentic Orchesta gave a private performance during the evening reception and it was also this film that helped bring together Leander + Laura.
Taking photo’s on the day was the lovely Sophie Lindsay. She was really great to work with. Check out her work!
I felt very honoured to be filming the wedding video of Leander and Laura. Im really pleased with the trailer….hopefully you all like it too! Any comments are always welcome……

Today we have a new wedding trailer to show you taken from the wedding video of Fareen and Saadi, filmed at Botleys Mansion in Chertsey, Surrey. This was a spectacular wedding and is one of my favouirte weddings from this summer. Fareen put together a great team to run her wedding day starting off with hiring the services of wedding planners Purely Events Louise, the company owner, was always in control of the day and did an amazing job in organising the wedding. The Photographers on the day were Chanelle and Craig of Segerius-Bruce Wedding Photography. They were lovely to work with, very friendly and down to earth and are exceptionally talented. I really enjoyed working with them and they were very accomodating to what I needed to capture.
